Protected sign-in cookies
When you sign in to the institution workspace, protected access and refresh cookies maintain your session. They are sent over HTTPS, restricted to this site and unavailable to page scripts. Signing out clears this browser’s session cookies.
Security checks
Cloudflare protects the website and uses Turnstile when you send an inquiry. Depending on the security check, Cloudflare may use security cookies to recognize a completed check and help distinguish legitimate requests from automated traffic.
Optional drafts
The form can save a draft in this browser when you choose to do so. A complete draft includes institution information, written answers and contact details. If a submission is unconfirmed, the saved draft also keeps the original request and reference so it can be retried.
The workspace can save an unconfirmed action in this browser if you choose that option. It keeps the action details and reference for the signed-in account and institution so the same action can be retried.
Your controls
Use the form’s clear-draft control to remove saved requirements. In the workspace, clear the option to save an unconfirmed request to remove its browser copy. Your browser settings can also remove or block site cookies and local storage. Blocking sign-in or security storage may prevent account access or request submission.
